What is the best thing for your liver?

My doctor told me to take better care of my liver as I have a fatty liver condition. I'm trying to eat healthier, but I was wondering if there are other things I can do. What is considered generally good for your liver health?

I had some liver issues last year, and my doctor stressed avoiding processed foods, limiting alcohol, and eating lots of green leafy vegetables. Also, drinking plenty of water and maintaining a healthy weight made a huge difference. Small changes every day!

Oh, liver health is so important! I always get worried about it because I know how crucial it is. Does anyone else feel like they need to be extra careful with what they eat and drink? I try to avoid oily food as much as possible.

Dekho, liver ka khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Kam tel, kam mirch, no daaru, aur zyada se zyada ghar ka khana. Aur haan, paani khoob piyo. Simple cheezein hain, par asar bahut hota hai.

It's totally normal to be concerned about your liver, it's such a vital organ. The best thing is definitely a healthy lifestyle – balanced diet, regular exercise, and minimal alcohol. And if you have any specific concerns, please talk to a doctor, it brings so much peace of mind.

Hydration is super important! 💧 And lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Also, cutting down on sugary drinks and processed stuff really helps the liver stay happy and healthy! 😊

Maintaining a healthy weight and balanced diet really makes a difference for the liver, and it's also budget-friendly! No need for fancy supplements, just good home-cooked food. Regular check-ups with an LFT are also important to catch things early, maybe annual if possible.
