What is the best thing for arthritis pain?

My mother has severe arthritis, and she's always in pain, especially in her knees. We've tried a few things, but nothing gives her lasting relief. What is generally considered the best thing for arthritis pain?

For my knee arthritis, I found a combination of prescribed medication, light stretching exercises, and using a hot pack really helps. Also, managing my weight has made a big difference. Don't push yourself too hard with exercise, listen to your body.

Please, for severe pain like arthritis, do not self-medicate. It is very important to see a doctor to get the right diagnosis and treatment plan. What works for one person may not be suitable or safe for another.

Yaar, arthritis pain is no joke. Actually, for my nani, warm water bag works wonders for temporary relief. But haan, ek baar doc ko dikhana is important. They give proper meds and exercises na.

Gentle movement and warm compresses can offer some relief. Consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

My son sometimes gets joint pain (though not diagnosed as arthritis yet), and for him, gentle massages with a pain relief gel and making sure he rests properly helps. If the pain is severe, it's always best to take them to a paediatrician to rule out anything serious.
