What is the best thing for arthritis?

My joints have been hurting more and more, especially my hands. It's making it hard to do simple things around the house. What is generally considered the best thing to do for arthritis to get some relief?

I had a bad flare-up recently, and honestly, physiotherapy helped me the most. Also, my doctor recommended some mild exercises and cutting down on inflammatory foods. It's a combination approach, don't rely on just one thing.

My grandmom swears by light exercises and warm compresses. But yeah, what works for one might not for another. A doctor will suggest the best treatment plan according to your specific condition. Hope you feel better soon!

Arthritis pain can be very serious, so please don't experiment with home remedies without knowing what kind it is. Get a proper check-up with a specialist first. Safety first, always.

Oh, arthritis can be so tricky. I always worry about these things. Is it inflammatory, or osteoarthritis? Different types need different treatments, right? Please go to a good doctor first and get a proper diagnosis, don't delay.

I've been reading up on arthritis too because my nani has it. It seems like gentle movement, a good diet, and managing weight are all really important. Still, a doctor would know best what works for specific cases.

There's no single 'best thing' as arthritis varies a lot. Typically, a mix of medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes is prescribed. Consulting an orthopaedic doctor or a rheumatologist would be the most effective first step to get a tailored plan.
