What is the best supplement for liver health?

I recently got a check-up, and the doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were a bit high. I'm trying to improve my lifestyle, but I also wanted to know if there's any particular supplement that is beneficial for liver health.

For liver health, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet, regular exercise, and limiting alcohol intake is paramount. While some supplements like Milk Thistle are commonly discussed, their efficacy can vary, and they might interact with medications. It is always advisable to consult a hepatologist or gastroenterologist before starting any supplement for liver health.

Namaste. For liver health, a clean diet free of processed foods and regular practice of yoga asanas and pranayama can greatly support its natural detoxification. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose) are said to stimulate the liver. For supplements, always approach with caution and consult a healthcare professional, as over-supplementation can sometimes burden the liver.

Arre, liver health is important, haan? My dad used to say a good diet and less outside food is the best 'supplement'. Some people also take Liv.52 or milk thistle, but honestly, without a doc's advice, it's risky na? Just eat healthy, avoid too much oil, and drink water.

For liver, beta, clean food and no alcohol is the best medicine. My daadi used to say 'neem patta' and 'giloy' are good for liver. But these are for general health, not for sickness. If there is real problem, then only doctor can tell what is good. Don't listen to just anyone.

For general liver support, many people turn to natural things like turmeric in food, or a detox drink with lemon and ginger. A healthy diet and avoiding processed foods really help. But if you have actual concerns about your liver, like fatty liver or other issues, you absolutely must see a doctor. Supplements can't fix serious problems.
