For cervical neck pain, my aunt had good results with a special cervical pillow recommended by her physiotherapist. She said it supports the neck's curve. While home remedies like warm compresses can help initially, always trust the doctor's advice for such pain, it is important.

Yaar, cervical pain is no joke. Actually, I tried a memory foam contour pillow, the one with a dip for the head and a raised part for the neck, and it really helped. Don't go for flat or super soft pillows, they make it worse.

I suffered from cervical neck pain for months. The game-changer for me was a specific orthopedic pillow, the one that keeps your neck aligned with your spine. It was a bit pricey but worth every rupee. My physio gave me some exercises too, which complemented the pillow very well.

For neck pain, I always try hot water bag and some gentle stretches first. But if it's cervical pain, that's more serious. A proper cervical pillow is good, but you should definitely see a doctor or a good physiotherapist. They can diagnose and suggest the right kind of support.

Please don't ignore cervical neck pain or self-diagnose your pillow needs. I had a friend who tried random pillows and made his condition worse. It's crucial to get a proper medical assessment. A doctor or physiotherapist can guide you on the best type of pillow for YOUR specific condition.
