My neck has started paining a lot because of my arthritis, especially after sleeping. My physiotherapist suggested I try a special pillow. Which pillow is best for arthritis in the neck?

For neck arthritis, a memory foam contour pillow is usually recommended. It supports the natural curve of your neck. I've tried a few, and the key is finding one that's not too firm and not too soft. You might need to try a couple to find your perfect match, but it makes a huge difference.

Oh, this is such an important question! I've been researching pillows for neck pain too, though not specifically for arthritis. I heard cervical pillows are good. Is there a big difference between those and general neck support pillows?

Yaar, neck pain is such a headache, literally! For arthritis, actually, memory foam contour pillows are quite good. My aunt uses one and says it gives proper support. Don't go for those super soft ones, they don't help much, na.

Arthritis in the neck sounds like your neck is trying to tell you it's tired of carrying your head around! Jokes aside, a good supportive pillow is crucial. Maybe a pillow that moonlights as a neck massage therapist? Just kidding, but seriously, a firm, contoured one is generally what doctors suggest.

While I am careful about my diet for diabetes, good sleep is also very important for overall health, especially with arthritis. For neck issues, a firm, supportive pillow is necessary. It helps maintain the spine's alignment. Please consult with your doctor or a physical therapist for their specific recommendations.
