What is the best painkiller for shoulder pain?

My shoulder has been hurting after a minor injury from a fall a few days ago. It's not severe but it's constant. Which pain reliever is generally considered good for shoulder pain?

My son had shoulder pain from playing too much cricket. The doctor said no self-medication, especially with painkillers. He gave a muscle relaxant and some physio exercises. For immediate relief, a cold compress helped a lot, but consultation is key!

Greetings, dear one. Shoulder pain can be very discomforting, I understand. While a doctor will advise on medicine, remember to also care for your body with gentle stretches and warm compresses. Keep your spirits high, that also helps in healing. Stay positive.

Shoulder pain, haan na, it's very common these days especially with phone use. Painkiller toh doctor hi batayenge, but till then thoda hot pack ya even just light massaging helps. Don't take strong ones without asking, ho na?

For shoulder pain, my grandmother used to say warm oil massage helps, but medicines are different. My cousin had severe pain and the doctor gave specific tablets after seeing her. It is always better to speak to a doctor for proper pain relief, dear.

Oh, shoulder pain? Welcome to the club! Sometimes I feel like my shoulder is plotting against me. But seriously, no best painkiller without a doctor's consultation. Don't let your shoulder win the war by taking random pills, okay? Consult a pro!

Please be very careful. I once took an over-the-counter painkiller for my shoulder and it made my stomach really upset. It's not worth it to self-medicate. Go to a doctor, they'll prescribe the right one after checking what's actually causing the pain.
