What is the best medicine for arthritis pain?

I've been experiencing constant pain in my knees and hands; my doctor suspects arthritis. The pain can be quite severe sometimes. What medicine would be best for arthritis pain?

While gentle daily breathing exercises and mild joint rotations help keep the body flexible, they are not a replacement for proper medical treatment. For severe arthritis pain, you must take the specific anti-inflammatories prescribed by your doctor. Nature and science must work together.

I was taking standard over-the-counter pain pills for months, but they only ruined my stomach and the joint pain kept coming back. Last month, a rheumatologist finally put me on targeted arthritis medication, and the difference is night and day. Please get a proper prescription.

My dad used to struggle so much with knee pain that he stopped coming for morning walks with me. He tried a bunch of random gels from advertisements, but actually only the pills prescribed by his orthopedist worked. Definitely get it checked by a real doctor.

There is no universal 'best' medicine for arthritis pain because it depends entirely on whether it is osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Self-treating with painkillers can lead to serious kidney and liver issues over time. A proper clinical evaluation is the only safe way forward.

Knee pain makes it very hard to even walk to the local temple. Don't suffer quietly or keep taking cheap pain pills from any shop. Go to the big hospital and let the doctor check your bones properly to give the right medicine.

My teenage daughter was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis, and finding the right pain medication was a long process of trial and error with her specialist. Please don't give or take any medicines without a pediatric or general rheumatologist's guidance; their young bodies are very sensitive.
