What is the best fruit for diabetics to eat?

My blood sugar levels have been a bit high lately, and my doctor told me to cut back on sugary foods, even some fruits. I'm confused about which fruits are safe for me. What is the best fruit for diabetics to eat?

My uncle is diabetic, and his doc told him berries are good – strawberries, blueberries, stuff like that. Also, apples and guava. But small portions are key, always. Like, don't eat a whole kilo of apples, you know?

Hey, don't stress too much about it! My mom is diabetic, and her doctor said most fruits are okay in moderation. Berries, apples, guava, oranges are usually good. Just avoid very ripe mangoes or chikoo in large amounts, and always eat whole fruit, not juice. Keep an eye on portion sizes!

My child has juvenile diabetes, so we are very careful. For fruits, we mainly stick to berries, green apples, guava, and sometimes a small portion of orange. We always count the carbs. It's better to avoid fruit juices completely and focus on whole fruits for the fiber. Always consult your dietitian for tailored advice.

When I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, I thought I had to cut out all fruits! But my doctor said that's not true. Apples, pears, berries, and oranges are generally low-glycemic. The key is portion control and eating them with the skin on for fiber. Don't panic; just be mindful.

This is an important question! I was just reading that fruits with lower glycemic index are better for diabetics. So like, berries, guava, apples, and oranges. I guess fruits with high sugar like mangoes or grapes need to be eaten very carefully. It's all about balancing it out.

Dekho, diabetes mein sabse zaruri hai portion control. Koi bhi fruit kha sakte ho, par thoda khao. Seb, amrood, santra yeh sab theek hain. Zyada pake aam ya kele thode kam khana. Aur juice ki jagah poora fruit khao, usmein fiber hota hai. Simple solution hai.

For my diabetes, I tried many things. What my doctor and my own experience taught me is that fruits like guava (amrood), apples, and jamun (black plum) are quite good. Jamun is especially known for its benefits. Always eat fruits in moderation and prefer them whole, not as juice, for the fiber. It makes a difference.

Yaar, even with diabetes, you shouldn't miss out on fruits completely! I've heard berries are amazing, and even good old apples and oranges are fine. Just don't go crazy with very sweet fruits like litchis or overly ripe bananas. Portion control is like the secret ingredient here, haan!
