When I first heard I had a kidney stone, I panicked! But my doctor reassured me that simple dietary changes help a lot. The most important thing is to drink plenty of water. Also, reducing salt and animal protein can be beneficial. Don't stress too much; focusing on these basic changes really helps.
As someone with a busy schedule, I try to keep it practical. For kidney stones, hydration is non-negotiable, so keep a water bottle handy always. Limiting high-oxalate foods like nuts, spinach, and chocolate is often advised. And reduce sodium intake. It's about consistent habits, not some magic food.
Kidney stones? Oh man, that's like having tiny ninjas fighting in your insides! 😅 But seriously, drink water like it's going out of fashion – plain water, lots of it! And my doc told me to cut down on spinach, tomatoes, and beetroot. Citrus fruits like lemon are good though, for citrate. Don't worry, you'll pass it, eventually!
Namaste! For kidney stones, staying hydrated is truly number one. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Depending on the type of stone, dietary advice can vary, but generally, reducing sodium, limiting high-oxalate foods (like spinach, chocolate), and sometimes reducing animal protein is recommended. Always good to discuss with your doctor.

Been there, done that with kidney stones, mere bhai. The pain is no joke! I tried so many home remedies. What helped practically was drinking lots of water with lemon juice – the citrate helps. Also, my doctor told me to avoid too much non-veg and salty snacks. And yes, avoiding tomatoes and spinach was also a big one for me. Hope you feel better soon.
