What is the best face cream for eczema?

My skin has been very dry and itchy due to eczema, especially on my face. The creams I've tried haven't really helped much. Can anyone suggest what is the best face cream for eczema that is soothing and effective?

While I focus on fitness, I know skincare is also important for overall health. For eczema, you really need to be careful with what you put on your skin. I'd say consult a dermatologist. They might suggest a medical cream that's stronger than over-the-counter stuff. Don't experiment with random products.

Hey, take care. Eczema can be really irritating. My sister struggled with it for a long time. The 'best' cream will be one prescribed by a dermatologist. They might start with a mild topical steroid for active patches, and then advise a good barrier repair cream for daily use to keep skin hydrated. Don't worry, it's manageable with proper care.

I've dealt with eczema for years. The best approach is seeing a dermatologist. They usually prescribe a mild steroid cream for flare-ups, and then a heavy emollient like Cetaphil or Episoft for daily maintenance. Also, avoid harsh soaps and hot water. These tips have really helped me manage it.

For eczema, you absolutely need a dermatologist's consultation. There's no single 'best' cream as it depends on the severity and type of eczema. They'll likely prescribe topical steroids or calcineurin inhibitors. Don't self-medicate with over-the-counter products without professional advice, it can worsen the condition.

Oh, eczema can be so annoying! 😩 But please, don't just grab any cream. A dermatologist is your best friend here! They can tell you exactly what kind of cream you need. Sometimes simple emollients work, other times you might need something medicated. Stay happy! 😊

My son has eczema, and it breaks my heart to see him itch. We tried many things, but the pediatrician sent us to a dermatologist. They gave us a specific cream, a very gentle one, and insisted on moisturizing his skin multiple times a day with a fragrance-free lotion. It's about finding what works for *your* skin, with a doctor's help.

Yaar, for eczema, actually, you really need to see a dermatologist. Don't just pick up anything from the chemist. My friend tried so many creams and just made it worse. The doc will give you something specific, usually a steroid cream for immediate relief and then a good moisturizer for long-term. Super important to follow their advice!
