What is the best cream for lower back pain?

I've been having this dull, persistent lower back pain for a few weeks now, especially after sitting at my desk for long hours. I've tried some home remedies, but I'm looking for a good topical cream. What's the best cream for lower back pain?

While creams can offer temporary relief for lower back pain, remember that inflammation can sometimes be reduced with a good anti-inflammatory diet. Turmeric, ginger, and green leafy vegetables are very helpful. For a cream, a good quality Ayurvedic pain balm might be gentle, but discuss it with a doctor first.

Oh, I just recovered from a terrible lower back pain! I used a diclofenac gel that my physio suggested. It helped with the localized pain. But honestly, the cream was just a small part. Regular stretching and core strengthening exercises were the real game-changers for me. Don't rely only on creams.

Back pain can be tricky, especially if you have other health conditions like high BP, which I do. Using strong pain relievers regularly might not be good for everyone. For creams, consult your doctor. Also, a good posture and gentle exercises are important. Don't forget your regular health checkups.

My back pain is so bad sometimes I feel like I'm 80, not 30! 😂 I use Volini or sometimes a hot compress. It's like a temporary truce with my rebellious lower back. But if it's persistent, maybe your back needs a vacation, or better, a doctor's visit!

Totally get you, lower back pain is a real struggle! For me, a cream with menthol or camphor like Amrutanjan balm gives a nice warming sensation and helps ease the muscles. But also, make sure your sitting posture is good, especially if you work on a laptop for long hours. That makes a big difference.

Listen, back pain is very common, so don't worry too much, but also don't ignore it. For a cream, a general pain relief one like Moov or Iodex can help with muscle soreness. But if the pain is sharp, radiating, or doesn't go away, please get it checked by a doctor, okay? Take care of yourself.
