What is the best arthritis cream?

My knees have been aching terribly due to arthritis, especially in the mornings. I've tried some general pain relief balms but they don't seem to help much. Can anyone suggest a good arthritis cream that provides proper relief?

Oh, the quest for the 'best' arthritis cream! If I found it, I'd probably be selling it on TV. 😂 But seriously, what works for one person might not for another. I've tried many – Volini, Iodex, diclofenac gels. Sometimes a good old hot fomentation works better than any cream. But for actual relief, talk to a doctor, these are mostly temporary fixes.

I'm just curious about this as my grandmom has arthritis. She uses some ayurvedic oils, but I wonder if modern creams are better. It seems like there are so many options out there, it's hard to know which one is actually effective. Hopefully, someone has a good suggestion!

It's hard to say what's 'best' as everyone's pain is different. Many find topical NSAID creams like Diclofenac or herbal ones helpful. Hope you find some relief soon!

From a practical point of view, creams containing NSAIDs like diclofenac (e.g., Volini, Omni gel) are commonly recommended for localized pain relief in arthritis. Capsaicin creams also help some people by desensitizing nerve endings. However, these are symptomatic treatments. For proper management, see a rheumatologist.

Best arthritis cream? The one that lets me sleep through the night without pain! I've tried a few, and honestly, a good massage from my husband sometimes works better. But for real relief, a doctor prescribed some diclofenac gel once. Always ask your doc, don't just pick anything random.

I remember when my joint pain started, I panicked and tried every cream under the sun! I even bought some really expensive imported ones. Later, my doctor just prescribed a regular diclofenac gel and it worked fine. It's often not about the 'best' or most expensive, but what's right for your specific condition. So don't worry too much, just get it checked.
