What is the arm pain associated with heart attack?

My neighbour recently had a heart attack, and she mentioned that she had severe arm pain before it happened. I always thought it was only chest pain. What is the arm pain associated with a heart attack, and how is it different?

I'm quite new to understanding these things, but I've heard about arm pain. Is it usually the left arm, or can it be both? And is it a sharp pain or more like a dull ache? Just trying to learn so I know what to look for.

For someone with diabetes, sometimes nerve damage can mask or change typical heart attack symptoms, so it's even more crucial to be aware. The arm pain associated with a heart attack is usually a dull ache or heavy pressure, often down the left arm. If you feel anything unusual with your arm or chest, don't wait. See a doctor immediately. It's not worth the risk.

Arm pain associated with a heart attack is usually a discomfort, aching, or squeezing sensation, often radiating down the left arm, but it can also be in the right arm or both. I know someone who dismissed it as muscle strain, which led to complications. If you suspect any heart-related symptoms, do not hesitate, go to an emergency room immediately.

The arm pain is often described as discomfort, numbness, or a squeezing sensation that might travel down one or both arms, frequently the left. It's different from muscle soreness. If you notice this, especially with other symptoms like chest pain or breathlessness, it's an emergency. Please call for an ambulance immediately; don't try to wait it out.

Betaji, sometimes when someone has a heart attack, they feel pain in their arm, usually the left one, like a heavy ache or pressure. It's not a normal muscle pain. If someone complains of such a pain along with chest discomfort, don't try any home remedies, just take them to a doctor quickly. Time is very important.

This is one of those symptoms that makes me really anxious, you know? The arm pain with a heart attack is often a dull ache, pressure, or a squeezing sensation, usually in the left arm, and it can spread to your back, neck, jaw, or stomach. If you experience this, don't overthink it like I usually do; just get medical help immediately. Better safe than sorry.

Arm pain that feels like an elephant sat on you, often on the left, is a bad sign! It's not like the 'ate too much biryani' kind of pain. If you feel it, especially with chest discomfort, forget about your next meal and rush to the hospital! Your health is way more important than any craving!

It's not the 'slept on my arm funny' kind of pain, that's for sure! It's usually a deep, crushing ache or numbness, often down your left arm, that feels like it's saying 'Hey, something's seriously wrong here!' If it feels like that, please don't try to be a hero, get to a hospital, stat!

The arm pain is typically a discomfort, ache, or squeezing feeling, most often in the left arm, that might spread to the back or jaw. I once felt similar arm discomfort and foolishly dismissed it as just fatigue. Don't make my mistake. If you have this type of pain, especially with chest tightness, get to the emergency room without delay.
