What is tb in medical terms?

My neighbour's child was diagnosed with something called TB. I don't really understand what it is or how serious, but my neighbour looked really worried. Can someone explain it in simple medical terms?

Honestly, TB in medical terms is Tuberculosis, a bacterial infection that usually affects the lungs. But from a sleep-deprived person's POV, it's just another thing to worry about that keeps me up at night, lol. Jokes apart, it's serious, so don't take it lightly.

TB stands for Tuberculosis. It's a type of infection. If you're concerned, it's always best to talk to a doctor to understand it fully. Take care.

Mere saath bhi hua tha, TB matlab Tuberculosis. It's a bacterial infection, mostly in the lungs, but can affect other parts too. I just finished my treatment, it's a long process but completely curable if you follow the doctor's advice properly. Don't miss any medicines.

I was also looking this up recently! TB is basically Tuberculosis, caused by bacteria. It mainly attacks the lungs but can go to other organs also. It's good to be aware of such common health issues.

TB is Tuberculosis. If doc suspects it, they will ask for tests like sputum test or chest X-ray. These can be a bit costly, so ask your doctor about government facilities or schemes for tests and medicines, sometimes they are free or subsidized. Plan accordingly for the long treatment.

Namaste. In medical terms, TB is Tuberculosis. It is an infection that affects the body, often the lungs. A strong immune system is very important, along with proper medical treatment. Pranayama and mindful breathing can support overall well-being during recovery, but medicine is key.
