What is supine sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping, and someone suggested trying 'supine sleep.' What exactly is supine sleep, and are there any benefits or drawbacks to sleeping in that position?

It actually just means sleeping flat on your back, yaar. Face pointing up at the ceiling. It is supposedly very good for your spine, but sometimes it makes people snore more.

At my age, sleeping on my back is the only way my neck doesn't ache the next morning. It's just lying flat on the spine, though my wife complains it turns me into a snoring machine!

It is sleeping on your back, aligned with the earth. It allows the body to rest in a very balanced way. Keep a positive mind, sleep peacefully, and take good care of your health.

Supine sleep is just a fancy scientific way of saying 'sleeping on your back'! It's great for preventing wrinkles since your face doesn't touch the pillow! 😅

People on the internet claim sleeping on your back solves all posture problems, but don't just blindly follow that. If you have lower back pain or breathing issues, you should consult your physiotherapist or doctor to know your ideal sleeping position.
