I had a bad sun stroke during peak summer two years ago. It happens when your body overheats and can't cool down. Carry onion pieces in your pocket, drink salted buttermilk, and never step out in the afternoon without covering your head.

To prevent sun stroke, I always use it as an excuse to eat lots of cold curd, ice-creams, and drink fresh coconut water all day long. Honestly, keeping your stomach cool is the best way to fight the heat.
