What is stroke index?

I've started playing golf recently and heard people mention 'stroke index'. Does this have any health or fitness implications, or is it purely a golf term? Just trying to learn the sport fully.

Beta, 'stroke index' ki baat kar rahe ho, toh yeh medical terminology mein nahi aata, yeh golf mein use hota hai. Kaafi log confuse ho jaate hain. Health ke liye, apna khana peena theek rakho, subah jaldi utho, toh accha rehta hai. But yeh golf ki cheez hai.

Hey! 'Stroke index' is actually a term used in golf, not general health. It's a handicap system for individual holes on a golf course, telling you which holes are harder than others. No health app tracks that, haha!

Oh, 'stroke index' is a golf term! It's not a medical thing that needs tests or anything. For health, regular checkups are important, but you don't need to worry about any 'stroke index' tests. That's a good saving, haha.

Arey, 'stroke index' toh golf khelne walon ke liye hota hai na? Woh har hole ko difficulty ke hisaab se rank karte hain. Apni health ke liye koi aisa index nahi hota. Bas dhyan rakho ki sab theek rahe.

Don't worry, if you're thinking about health, 'stroke index' is not a medical term. It's related to golf, indicating the difficulty of each hole. So no need to stress about it from a health perspective.
