What is stage three kidney disease?

My brother's doctor informed him that his kidney condition has progressed to 'stage three kidney disease'. We're trying to understand what this stage implies for his health and lifestyle. Can someone explain it?

I was diagnosed with stage three kidney disease almost eight years ago. By God's grace and by strictly following my doctor's diet plan, my kidney levels have remained stable ever since.

I understand how worrying this diagnosis is, but stage three is a middle stage where you can still protect your kidneys. While minor dietary changes help, please do not use any strong herbal powders without asking your doctor.

Don't lose hope at all! 🌸 Stage three means there is moderate kidney damage, but with a good routine and positive vibes, you can definitely manage it well. Take care! 👍

I totally get it, seeing the test results showing stage three can be extremely scary. Just know that many people live very normal lives for decades at this stage with proper medical care.

My grandmother has stage three kidney disease and she is doing totally fine. It basically means her kidneys are working at a moderate level, so she just has to limit her salt and take her regular pills.
