What is spring fever?

Every year around March-April, I feel this sudden burst of energy, slight restlessness, and sometimes I'm a bit more emotional. My grandmother used to call it 'spring fever.' Is that an actual medical condition or just a saying?

Spring fever is not a real medical fever, rather a feeling of restlessness or increased energy people get when spring arrives. My grandmother always said it's good to feel happy with the new season, but if you truly feel unwell, always trust your doctor, not just a feeling.

Spring fever? Is it like when you feel really energized and restless but also a bit sleepy, all at once, as the weather changes? I always get super moody and can't focus properly when the seasons shift. Is that what it is?

Haan ji, spring fever is not actual fever. It's just that feeling of being more energetic, happy, and wanting to go out when spring comes, na? Like, after winter, everyone feels lighter. It's a good thing!

Spring fever is a colloquial term for a collection of physical and psychological symptoms, like restlessness, increased energy, and mild fatigue, often attributed to the change in seasons. It's not a recognized medical condition requiring treatment, but if symptoms are severe or persistent, always consult a doctor to rule out any underlying issues.

Spring fever? Sounds like an excuse to feel extra lively and crave all the fresh, seasonal fruits and light salads! It's not a real fever, just that happy, energetic feeling when winter ends. Perfect time for outdoor chai breaks!

Spring fever isn't a medical illness, it's more of a mood. People feel more energetic, restless, maybe a bit distracted as the weather gets warmer. The practical solution is to embrace it, get some fresh air, maybe do some gardening. Enjoy the change!
