What is spanish fever?

I was reading about historical pandemics and saw 'Spanish Fever' mentioned. Is Spanish Fever the same as the Spanish Flu, or is it a different disease? I'm curious about its history and impact.

Hey! Spanish fever is actually just another name for the Spanish Flu, the pandemic from like 100 years ago. It's not something around now, so don't stress too much about it. Just historical stuff!

Beta, Spanish fever is like the big flu that came long, long ago. It was very serious, like the one we saw recently. But now we have medicines and doctors, so don't worry too much.

It's the Spanish Flu, bhai. A very old flu pandemic. Don't confuse it with anything current. If you have fever, see a doc, but this particular 'fever' isn't what's going around these days.

Spanish fever was a big influenza pandemic. Today, staying healthy with good nutrition and regular, moderate exercise, like walking, helps your immunity. Of course, always consult your doctor if you feel unwell.

That's historical, the Spanish Flu. Not a current health concern. For general health and preventing common colds, focus on a good balanced diet with lots of vitamins and consistent workouts. Keeps the immunity strong.

Oh, Spanish fever! Just what we needed, another fever to worry about, haha. Thankfully it's not a current problem. My body already feels like it's fighting off something new every week!

I remember reading about it in history books, but never really encountered anyone who had it. It was a very old, severe flu. My nani used to tell stories about it.
