What is physical health and mental health?

My school held a seminar on well-being, and they talked a lot about the link between 'physical health and mental health'. I sometimes struggle with keeping both balanced. Can someone explain more simply how they are connected?

Physical health is about your body functioning well, and mental health is about your emotional and psychological well-being. Both are deeply connected. I learned this the hard way when my stress levels messed with my physical health. Never neglect either. If you feel off, please consult a doctor for a check-up.

Both physical and mental health are like two wheels of a cart, you know? If one is not working, the whole cart suffers. I once focused too much on work, ignored my stress, and then my body started giving up. So please, take care of both your body and your mind. Don't wait for things to get bad, get regular checkups for both.

Physical health is the well-being of our body, and mental health is the well-being of our mind and emotions. Both are crucial for a happy life.

Physical health is the well-being of our body, like how well our organs function, and mental health is about our mind – our thoughts, emotions, and coping skills. Both are equally important. I find that a balanced vegetarian diet not only nourishes the body but also brings mental clarity and peace, showing how interconnected they are.

It's so important to talk about both! Physical health is about your body, how it functions, and whether you're free from illness. Mental health is about your mind – how you think, feel, and behave. For a long time, I only worried about physical symptoms, which made my anxiety worse. Now I understand both need equal care; they impact each other deeply.
