What is on your right side that can cause pain?

My mother has been complaining about a sharp pain on her right side, just below her ribs. What is on your right side that can cause pain in that area? We're a bit concerned.

There are quite a few organs on the right side. My doctor explained it to me once, it could be your appendix, gallbladder, liver, or even parts of your intestines. The pain type and location usually give clues. It's really important to describe it well to the doc.

I get these random pains sometimes because of my BP fluctuations, and anxiety makes it worse. But right side pain could also be kidneys, stones sometimes manifest there. Always get it checked, especially if it's new or severe. Don't ignore checkups!

Been there, done that, regretted it. I had a dull ache on my right side for days, thought it was nothing. Turned out to be appendicitis! Luckily, caught it in time. Please, please, don't ignore it. Get yourself checked by a doctor ASAP, it's not worth the risk.

Haaye, pain is such a worry. Right side pain could be so many things. Sometimes it's just gas, but sometimes it's serious. Going to the doc can be expensive with all the tests, but please don't delay. Maybe look for government hospitals for more affordable checkups if needed.

Honestly, if it's just mild, sometimes a warm compress and rest help. But if it's sharp or doesn't go away, you need to see a doctor. Could be something like a gallbladder issue, especially if it's after eating oily food. Don't experiment too much at home.
