What is non small lung cancer?

My neighbour was telling me about her relative who has 'non small lung cancer'. I'm not familiar with this term, is it different from other types of lung cancer? What should one know about it?

I'm not familiar with this term. Is this type of lung cancer very aggressive? And is it linked to smoking only, or can non-smokers get it too? I'm trying to understand more.

Non-small cell lung cancer is a serious condition. Seeking expert medical advice is important for anyone dealing with this.

Non-small lung cancer, oh, another one for the 'health bingo' card. It's basically the more common version of lung cancer, not the 'small cell' type. So, if you've been coughing a lot and telling everyone it's just the 'seasonal allergy,' maybe get it checked. Our bodies are getting older, they like to throw surprises.

Beta, yeh fefdo ka cancer hota hai jo 'non-small cell' type ka hai. Matlab, cells microscope mein chhote nahi dikhte. Yeh aksar zyada common hota hai. Agar koi isse pareshan hai, toh doctor ko jaldi dikhao, achha ilaaj milega. Himmat rakho aur prayatna karo.
