What is mild psoriasis?

My skin has been acting up a bit, red patches here and there, mostly on my elbows. A friend mentioned it could be mild psoriasis, but I don't really know what that is. Can someone explain it simply?

Mild psoriasis? Sounds like my sleep schedule – mild problem but still annoying AF. It's just patches of dry, itchy skin, right? Not fun, but at least it's mild. Guess I'll just keep scratching in my sleep, lol.

Mild psoriasis means you have small, scattered patches of red, scaly skin. It's usually less than 3% of your body surface affected. It can be managed with topical creams, moisturisers, and sometimes lifestyle changes. Don't worry, it's very common.

From what I've seen on health forums and my fitness app, mild psoriasis typically means you have a few small, dry patches. It's not usually widespread or super inflamed. Many people manage it with specific lotions and avoiding triggers like stress. Definitely consult a dermatologist though!

Arre beti, mild psoriasis matlab thode se lal daag, khujli hoti hai. Zyada faila hua nahi hota. Ghar pe aloe vera ya nariyal tel lagate hain log, lekin doctor ko bhi dikhana achha hai. Daro mat, sab theek ho jayega.
