What is lower abdominal pain?

I've been experiencing persistent pain in my lower abdomen for a few days now, and it's starting to worry me. What could be the causes of lower abdominal pain, and when should I be concerned? It's not my period.

Lower abdominal pain can be due to simple gas, constipation, or even kidney stones. Having dealt with a painful kidney stone last year, my tip is to check if the pain radiates to your back. Drink plenty of water, but if the pain is severe or sharp, go straight to an ultrasound lab.

Bro, I had this last month and thought it was something major. Turns out it was just bad gastric pain from eating too much spicy street food. But seriously, if it is sharp and doesn't go away in a day, you should get a doc to check it.

Oh God, lower stomach pain always makes me worry about appendicitis or some major issue. I hope you are feeling okay. Please don't search too much online because it will just scare you more, and instead, see a doctor to get a peace of mind.

Please take a deep breath. Lower abdominal pain is very common and usually is just muscle fatigue or digestive issues. However, if the pain is very sharp, accompanied by fever, or if you cannot stand up comfortably, please go to a clinic immediately. Take care of yourself.

Don't ignore lower abdominal pain hoping it will go away by tomorrow. In a busy schedule, a sudden medical emergency can disrupt everything. Take out 30 minutes, book an online consultation with a physician, and get a proper diagnosis done today.

It can be anything from ovulation pain to simple muscle stretch or gas! Don't worry too much, just drink some warm water and rest. If it doesn't get better, a quick visit to the doc will solve it!

Lower abdominal pain can originate from the urinary tract, intestines, or reproductive organs. Because the causes can range from a mild UTI to something requiring urgent care, a professional doctor's clinical examination is always the safest and best way forward.

I was kept awake till 3 AM by this exact pain, and honestly, it was just trapped gas from my midnight snacking. But if your pain is making you cry instead of just making you annoyed, please go see a doctor instead of staring at the ceiling like I did.
