What is left side abdominal pain?

I've been experiencing a dull ache on my left side, around my abdomen, for a couple of days now. It comes and goes. What are the possible reasons for 'left side abdominal pain'?

Sometimes left side pain can just be a build-up of gas from heavy vegetarian foods like rajma or chana if they aren't cooked properly. Try eating lighter meals like oats or soft rice for a day. Also, drinking warm water with a bit of ajwain can give quick relief.

Bhai, left side me dard hai toh thoda aaram karo aur bhari saman mat uthao. Ghar pe dadi bolti hain ki gunguna pani peeyo aur pet pe halke hath se maalish karo. Agar aaram nahi mile toh turant doctor babu ko dikha lena chahiye.

I feel you, I get this random left side ache every time my cycle is about to start. Usually, a hot water bag and some rest does the trick for me. But if it's a very sharp pain that doesn't go away in a few hours, please don't take a risk and see a doc.

Honestly, dealing with unexplained gut pain can be so mentally exhausting and frustrating. I spent weeks worrying it was something terrible, which only made my stomach hurt more. Just breathe, go get a basic physical checkup to clear your mind, it helps so much.

Bro, for me it was literally just bad gas from eating junk food late at night. I walked it off and drank some soda, and it cleared right up. If it's not super intense, you probably just need to watch your late-night cravings.

I get this left-side ache occasionally too, mostly due to acidity. It usually settles down on its own after some rest.
