What is kidney cancer called?

Someone in my family mentioned a specific name for kidney cancer, but I can't recall it. Is there a medical term or a more common name for kidney cancer?

I am not a doctor, but while researching general health things I read that the most common type is called Renal Cell Carcinoma. There are other rare types too, so it's always best to let a specialist explain the exact pathology report.

The scientific name is renal cell carcinoma. While a healthy diet and plenty of water keep the kidneys clean, a serious issue like this cannot be treated at home. You must consult an oncologist for proper treatment.

Haan, isko mostly doctors 'Renal Cell Carcinoma' bolte hain, short me RCC. Renal matlab kidney hi hota hai, so confusing lagta hai but simple hai. Agar aisi koi baat hai toh seedha doc se clear kar lo na.

It is called renal cancer or renal cell carcinoma. If you need tests or treatment, don't worry about corporate hospital costs, as government schemes like Ayushman Bharat cover these major treatments very well.

My uncle had this, and the doctor kept calling it Renal Cell Carcinoma or RCC. That is the main medical name for adult kidney cancer. It sounds heavy but he got it removed and is totally healthy now.

It's medically known as renal cell carcinoma. I ignored lower back pain and blood in my urine for six months, thinking it was just heat or muscle strain. Please don't wait for names and terms, get a scan done immediately if you have symptoms.

I think it is mainly referred to as renal cancer or renal cell carcinoma. Is this the same thing as having a kidney tumor, or are they different? I am still trying to understand these medical terms.
