What is in relaxium sleep aid?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, just tossing and turning. A friend recommended something called Relaxium Sleep Aid. Before trying it, I wanted to know what ingredients are actually in it.

It has melatonin, ashwagandha, chamomile, and some other herbs like valerian root. I kept reading the label five times because I worry about dependency, so definitely ask your doctor if you're anxious about taking sleep supplements.

I read it has a mix of melatonin, GABA, and some traditional herbs. I’ve been thinking of trying it but I'm scared of waking up groggy, did anyone else feel super heavy-headed the next morning after taking it?

It basically has melatonin mixed with herbal extracts like chamomile and passionflower. I’ve tried warm milk and badam oil for years, and honestly, sometimes these herbal tablets work, but don't rely on them forever.

I can only speak from my own experience, but I checked the back and it has GABA, ashwagandha, and melatonin. Personally, it helped me relax a bit on stressful nights, but everyone’s body reacts differently to these blends.

It contains a blend of natural herbs like ashwagandha and chamomile, along with melatonin to calm the mind. Along with these, try some quiet meditation before bed to bring peace to your mind, take care.
