What is hodgkin's lymphoma cancer?

My distant relative was recently diagnosed with 'Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer'. I'm trying to understand what this type of cancer is and what the general outlook might be for someone with it. It sounds very serious.

It is a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system, often starting with swollen lymph nodes in the neck or armpit. Please do not ignore any painless swellings or unexplained fever. Get a proper biopsy done for safety.

While eating healthy and turmeric can help build general immunity, Hodgkin's lymphoma is a serious medical condition. You cannot treat this with home remedies at all. Go to an oncologist immediately if there is any suspicion.

I was reading about this online yesterday only. It is characterized by the presence of something called Reed-Sternberg cells under the microscope. It sounds scary but the prognosis is usually very positive compared to other types.

Actually, it is one of the most treatable cancers out there. It affects the lymphatic system but the cure rate is extremely high if caught early. Just get the PET scan and oncology consult done without wasting time.
