What is heart attack blood pressure?

My uncle recently had a heart attack, and his blood pressure was very high. What is considered 'heart attack blood pressure'? Is there a specific reading that indicates it's an emergency situation?

While we always advise garlic and warm water for general heart health, a sudden spike in blood pressure is serious. If it crosses 180/120 and there is chest discomfort, do not rely on home remedies. Please go straight to the hospital immediately.

My BP went up to 160/100 last week and I was terrified of having a heart attack. Has anyone else experienced high spikes during panic attacks, or is it always a heart issue? I am still so scared to sleep.

Honestly, my BP would probably look like a heart attack just from surviving on three hours of sleep and five cups of strong tea. But seriously, extreme highs like 180+ systolic are no joke. Keep a digital monitor at home and call a doc if it goes crazy.

My uncle went through this recently, and his blood pressure shot up dramatically during the episode. But remember, a heart attack can also happen with completely normal or even low BP. Always look out for other warning signs like left arm pain or sweating.

My grandmother used to say drinking coriander seed water controls BP, but my cardiologist uncle says otherwise during crises. A BP reading above 180/120 is called a hypertensive crisis and can trigger a heart attack. Trust your doctor's prescribed emergency pills for this.

Consistently high blood pressure above 140/90 puts a lot of stress on the heart. I manage my risk by sticking to a low-salt, strictly vegetarian diet rich in fiber and leafy greens. Of course, diet only helps with prevention, not during an active emergency.

Don't wait for an emergency to check your BP. Buy a basic digital monitor for 1200 rupees and do weekly tracking at home. If you suspect an issue, getting a basic ECG and lipid profile done costs under 800 rupees in most local labs and saves a lot of trouble later.

It can be really scary to think about heart health. If you are ever in doubt about a high reading, please rest quietly for ten minutes and check again. If it stays high and you feel unwell, contact a doctor right away.

Haan na, high BP is so dangerous for the heart. My father always keeps his medicine nearby because doctor told us that sudden pressure spike can cause big trouble. Don't take chances with chest heaviness, ho na.

Listen, there is no specific 'heart attack blood pressure' number. Yes, very high BP is a major risk factor, but do not ignore chest pain or breathlessness even if your BP machine shows normal. Go to a hospital if you feel severe discomfort, simple as that.
