What is good pain relief for toothache?

My tooth suddenly started aching terribly last night, and it's making it hard to sleep or even eat. I can't get to a dentist until tomorrow. Is there anything I can do at home for good pain relief for this toothache in the meantime?

Oh, toothache is a terrible thing, I remember those days! For temporary relief, a clove (laung) kept on the affected tooth helps numb it a bit. And gargle with warm salt water. But these are just to get you through the night. The real solution is always the dentist, don't delay that visit.

Toothache? Ugh, it's like your tooth decided to host a rock concert inside your mouth and forgot to invite you. Lol. Seriously though, try popping an over-the-counter painkiller (like ibuprofen) if you're not allergic. Or distract yourself by watching a really bad Bollywood movie. But yeah, dentist is the main hero here.

While a toothache demands a dentist's attention, sometimes calming the mind can help with the perception of pain. Gentle breathing exercises or focusing on a peaceful visualization can offer temporary mental relief. For immediate physical comfort, warm salt water rinse is a classic, but don't delay the professional visit.

When my tooth hurts, all I can think of is not being able to eat my favorite biryani! For a toothache, I try to avoid anything too hot, cold, or sweet. A simple painkiller helps, but honestly, it takes away my appetite anyway. Best to get it fixed soon so you can enjoy food again!

I totally get it, toothache is one of the most unbearable pains! It's hard to focus on anything else. While you wait for a dentist appointment, try placing a cold compress on your cheek near the affected area. Also, avoid chewing on that side. Hope you get relief soon!

Haan, toothache bahut buri cheez hai. Mere saath bhi hua tha. Doctor ke paas toh jaana hi padega, na? But tab tak relief ke liye, clove oil laga lo thoda, cotton ball pe. Aur garam paani mein namak daal ke kulli karo. Thoda aaram mil jayega. Don't try to bear it.

I can only share my own experience with toothache relief. I usually take a basic over-the-counter painkiller that my doctor suggested before for general aches. A warm salt water rinse also gives temporary comfort. But for the actual problem, I always go to the dentist; I don't trust any other remedies.
