What is good for kidney flush?

My doctor recommended I drink more water to help 'flush' my kidneys, but I was wondering if there are any other specific drinks or natural methods that are considered good for a kidney flush. I want to keep my kidneys healthy.

Honestly, after a heavy weekend of eating all the yummy things, I sometimes feel like I need a 'flush' for everything! But for kidneys, I just stick to drinking loads of water. Maybe some fresh nimbu paani? It feels refreshing, and probably does some good too, haha!

My doctor explained that the term 'kidney flush' is often misleading. Healthy kidneys naturally filter about 120-150 quarts of blood daily. The best way to support this is staying well-hydrated, maintaining a healthy diet, and avoiding excessive salt, sugar, and processed foods. Specific 'flushes' are not evidence-based and can even be risky if you have underlying conditions.

If you're healthy, your kidneys are constantly flushing themselves. No need for special products or complicated routines. Just drink enough water throughout the day, control your salt intake, and eat a balanced diet. That's the most effective and realistic 'flush' for kidney health.

Bete, kidney ke liye log bahut kuch bolte hain. Ghar pe toh log paani jyada peete hain aur makai ke baalon ka paani bhi bolte hain. Par ye sab bas normal cheezein hain. Agar koi asli takleef ho, toh doctor hi bataenge kya 'flush' karna hai ya nahi. Apni marzi se kuch mat karna.

Having high BP, I'm very careful about my kidney health. My doctor has always emphasized that a 'kidney flush' isn't really a medical term for healthy people. It's about maintaining a good lifestyle. Drink enough water, eat less salt, and get your blood pressure checked regularly. Don't fall for fads.

A 'kidney flush' sounds like something people try before a big event, like a quick fix. But tbh, I just chug water all day. Maybe add some cucumber slices to make it feel fancy, haha. But seriously, if your kidneys are actually sick, you need real medical help, not a 'flush'.

Namaste. In our family, we sometimes drink barley water or a little coconut water, especially if we feel a bit heavy. They say it helps. But for a proper kidney 'flush', I would only trust a doctor's advice. If there's any real issue, best to get it checked with the medical professionals.
