What is excessive gas a sign of cancer?

Lately, I've been having a lot of excessive gas and bloating, more than usual. I read online that sometimes excessive gas can be a sign of cancer, which has me a little worried. Is this true, or am I overthinking it?

Hey, I had severe gas issues a few months back and I got really scared too. My doctor said it was mostly due to stress and some food sensitivities. Once I changed my diet and managed stress, it slowly went away. Don't jump to conclusions, get it checked, okay?

Arre na, don't think like that! Gas toh bahut common hai, digestion problem se bhi hota hai, ya fir kuch khaane se. Agar bahut zyada ho raha hai na toh ek baar doc ko dikha lo, but cancer jaisa kuch mat socho.

My grandmother always said gas is because of eating too fast or certain foods. While home remedies can help a bit, if you're really concerned, please consult a doctor. They can properly diagnose and reassure you. Don't worry too much, just get proper advice.

Please, please don't ignore it or self-diagnose from the internet. I once ignored some persistent symptoms thinking 'it's nothing serious' and it turned out to be a bigger issue than it needed to be. Just get a proper check-up with a doctor to be safe. It's always better to know.

See, excessive gas can be from many things – diet, stress, acidity. Before thinking about serious stuff like cancer, try simple things like avoiding gassy foods, eating smaller meals, and walking after dinner. If it still persists, a doctor's visit is a must. No point stressing without facts.
