What is epigastric pain?

For the past few weeks, I've been getting this strange pain just below my chest, in the upper abdomen. My chacha said it sounds like 'epigastric pain' but I don't know what that actually means. Is it serious?

Oh, is that the pain right below your chest, in the upper stomach area? I sometimes get a burning sensation there, especially after eating spicy food. It always makes me a little worried. Has anyone else felt this often, and what did your doctor say?

I just recovered from this! Epigastric pain is basically pain right in the center of your upper abdomen, just below your breastbone. For me, it was due to gastritis, but it can be many things like acid reflux or even heart-related. My doc gave me antacids and some lifestyle changes. Don't ignore it, get it checked out.

Epigastric pain is pain in the upper central part of your abdomen. It can be due to simple acidity or something more serious. For those with high BP, it's always good to be extra cautious and not dismiss any pain, as sometimes it can even be confused with heart issues. Regular checkups and a balanced lifestyle are key to avoiding these problems.

Epigastric pain is pain in the upper central part of the stomach. For people with thyroid issues, sometimes digestive problems can be linked. It's crucial to identify the root cause, whether it's indigestion, ulcer, or something else. Don't just treat symptoms; get proper diagnostic tests and follow up with your doctor regularly.

Epigastric pain? Is that when your stomach organises a protest meeting right below your sternum? Like, 'Hey, we're not happy down here!' Could be too much spicy food or just some gas drama. If it's giving you real trouble, better send in the professional peacekeepers (doctors)!

Epigastric pain is just a fancy name for pain or discomfort in the upper central part of your tummy! 🤔 It can be caused by so many things like acidity or indigestion. If it's bothering you, a quick visit to the doc can sort it out! 😊 Take care!

Epigastric pain is pain in the upper middle section of your stomach. It can be due to something minor or more significant. It's always wise to get it checked, because neglecting it could lead to bigger problems and more expensive tests later. Timely consultation can save both health and money.

Epigastric pain... that's the one right in the middle, top part of your stomach, right? I always worry if it's just gas or something serious like a heart attack, even though I know they're different. It's so important to get it checked, especially if it's persistent, to rule out anything scary. Hope you're okay!

Epigastric pain is indeed that discomfort in the upper abdomen. I remember having it a lot due to acidity. Warm water with ajwain and a bit of rock salt would sometimes help, but if it was persistent, I'd always consult the doctor. It's practical to try simple things, but not to delay a medical opinion for anything serious.

Haan, mereko bhi hua tha yeh. Wohi jo pet ke upar, chhati ke neeche dard hota hai. Mujhe laga acidity hai, but doc ne bola gas bhi ho sakti hai ya kuch aur. Bas, khaane peene ka dhyaan rakho aur zyada ho toh doc ko dikha do.
