What is dull pain?

Been feeling this weird, constant ache in my lower back for a few days now, it's not sharp but just a dull, annoying pain. Someone at the office said it might just be muscle strain, but I want to understand what exactly 'dull pain' means in medical terms. Should I be worried about it, ya phir normal hai?

Dull pain is a signal from your body to pay attention, my dear. Listen to it with kindness. Stay positive, eat nourishing food, and if it continues, seek guidance from a doctor. Remember to take care of your body and mind.

Oh, dull pain always makes me overthink! Is it serious? Is it nothing? It's that nagging kind of feeling, right? If it's bothering you, please don't just ignore it like I sometimes do. Better to get peace of mind from a doctor.

Sometimes I get a dull pain if I haven't been eating properly or am dehydrated. But general dull pain means it's not sharp or severe, just a constant, low-level discomfort. If it's persistent, definitely consider consulting a doctor; diet alone might not fix it.

Dull pain hai toh, pehle rest leke dekho. Hot compress ya thoda massage? Sometimes it's just muscle fatigue. But if it doesn't go away in a day or two, or if it gets worse, then you know it's time for the doctor. Don't wait too long.

A dull pain can be from so many different things. Reading articles online will just confuse you or make you worry more. Don't rely on random advice; the only reliable way to know what's causing it is to see a doctor who can properly diagnose it.

I once dismissed a dull pain in my side as just 'nothing serious' and it turned out to be a gallstone issue that needed surgery. My advice from that bad experience is: don't take any pain, dull or sharp, lightly. Always get a professional medical opinion.
