What is considered a low fever?
I've been feeling a bit warm but my thermometer reads only slightly above normal. At what temperature is it still considered a low fever, not quite a 'normal' temperature?

In my seventy years, I have seen that a mild body temperature between 99°F and 100.4°F is what we call a low fever. It is just the body's natural way of fighting off some minor dust or cold. Don't worry, rest well and drink warm tea, it usually passes in a day.
I track my vitals closely because of my high blood pressure. A low fever is generally between 99°F and 100.3°F. When my temperature rises slightly like this, I make sure to avoid salty foods, take my BP meds on time, and rest. If it stays for more than three days, please see your family doctor.
A low-grade fever is basically anything between 99.1°F and 100.4°F. I usually skip my heavy gym sessions when I have this, but a very light 15-minute walk is okay if I feel up to it. Just listen to your body and don't push yourself if you are feeling weak.
Haan na, even 99.5°F feels like a low fever and makes you so lazy. It is basically below 100.4°F, just a mild warm feeling. Just take some steam, drink hot water, and sleep it off, ho na.
For a low fever, which is around 99.5°F, I always brew a warm cup of ginger and tulsi tea. It works wonders to soothe the body aches. But if the temperature goes above 101°F, please stop the home remedies and consult a doctor.
