What is chronic kidney failure?

My father's kidney function has been declining, and the doctor mentioned 'chronic kidney failure'. I'm not sure what to expect with this condition.

Chronic kidney failure is the gradual, permanent loss of kidney function over a long period. Since it develops slowly, regular screening of blood sugar and blood pressure is the most realistic way to catch it before it reaches an advanced stage.

Hello there! Chronic kidney failure basically means the kidneys have been struggling to clean toxins from your body for a long time. It can sound scary, but with proper medical management, dialysis, or transplant options, people still lead fulfilling lives today.

Humare yahan ek babuji ko doctor ne bola tha unka kidney dheere dheere kam karna band kar raha hai. Unhone ghabrane ki jagah doctor ka dawai samay par khaya aur namak bilkul kam kar diya. Wo aaj bhi apna sab kaam khud karte hain, aap hausla rakhiye.

Keeping your diet clean, drinking moderate water, and reducing processed foods are great natural ways to support your kidneys. However, if there is extreme swelling in the feet, vomiting, or breathing issues, skip the home tips and consult a doctor immediately.

Beta, when the kidneys weaken over many years, it is called chronic failure. Along with the English medicines, eating simple, freshly cooked gourds and reducing heavy spices helps the body stay light. But remember, never stop your main doctor's treatment for any home remedy.

In my years of practice, I've seen that high stress severely impacts our organs, including the kidneys. While medical treatment is absolutely necessary for kidney failure, gentle breathing exercises can help keep your mind calm and blood pressure in control.
