What is best to take for tooth pain?

My tooth has been throbbing since morning, and I can't even eat properly. The dentist appointment is tomorrow, but I need some immediate relief. What's the best thing to take for tooth pain in the meantime?

Don't worry, tooth pain is awful but highly manageable. For now, try warm saline gargles to keep the area clean and reduce swelling. I will strongly suggest booking a dentist appointment for tomorrow morning so they can check it.

I was researching this and read that placing an ice pack on the side of your face can constrict blood vessels and reduce tooth pain. Has anyone tried this? It seems like a simple and harmless trick to try at home.

Haan yaar, daant ka dard toh sach mein jaan nikal deta hai. Ek baar warm salt water se kulla karke dekho, thoda relief milega. But dentist ke paas jana hi padega end mein, hai na?

Don't put random crushed pills or raw chemical pastes on your gums, it can cause severe chemical burns. Go to a certified clinic and let a qualified dentist handle the issue safely.

Yes, clove oil on a cotton bud works really well to temporarily numb the pain. Definitely visit a dentist soon though.

If your tooth is throbbing, stay far away from pre-workout shakes or hot coffee as the temperature and caffeine can aggravate the nerve. Stick to room-temperature water and get it checked by a dentist before you train again.

Honestly, don't waste time on home remedies if the pain is severe. It usually means there is an infection that needs an antibiotic or a root canal. Call a dentist and get a proper prescription immediately.

I find that heavy lifting increases head pressure and makes toothaches feel much worse. Keep your activities light, drink plenty of water, and consult your dentist before resuming any high-intensity exercises.

Had crazy wisdom tooth pain last month. Keeping an ice pack on my cheek and rinsing with warm salt water was the only thing that let me sleep. Definitely book a dentist visit because home hacks don't last long.

I had a deep cavity last month and clove oil helped me survive the night. Just apply a tiny drop directly to the tooth using a cotton swab. But remember, this is just a quick fix and you need a dentist to clean the infection.
