Fibre is key here, but as a diabetic, I avoid sweet fruits and juices that spike my sugar. Instead, I rely on green leafy vegetables, oats, and plenty of water to keep the stool soft. Also, please get your blood sugar checked as high levels can slow down any healing process.

Had this issue last year due to bad gym diet and constipation. Honestly, just sit in a tub of warm water (sitz bath) for 15 minutes twice a day, it gives massive relief. And stop straining on the toilet, that just makes it ten times worse.

I totally get it, this is extremely uncomfortable and people feel too shy to talk about it. Please don't worry. Try including more curd and buttermilk in your daily diet, and use soft wipes instead of dry toilet paper to avoid irritation.

Calm down, there is nothing to be embarrassed about and it is highly treatable. For now, increase your fluid intake and avoid sitting in the washroom for too long. If the pain is sharp or you see blood, we should get you checked by a specialist right away.

Please don't try any weird home pastes or herbal powders you read about online for piles. It can cause severe infections or worsen the swelling. Go to a proper doctor or proctologist and get it diagnosed correctly.

Actually, piles is so common but people just keep suffering quietly yaar. First thing you should do is cut down on spicy local food and drink tons of water. If it is bleeding or hurting too much, just go to a general surgeon, don't feel awkward.

I know exactly how scary it feels when you first notice this, my anxiety went through the roof. But trust me, once you talk to a doctor, you will feel so much lighter. Most cases get solved with simple lifestyle changes and stool softeners prescribed by a physician.
