I really hope you feel better soon. Keeping an electric heating pad on your lower stomach and drinking warm water can bring a lot of peace. Just rest as much as you can today.

While many suggest sweet chocolates or hot sugary drinks for comfort, I avoid those because of my blood sugar levels. Hot unsweetened herbal teas or simple chamomile water help me soothe the cramps without spiking my levels. A hot water bag is always my safest bet.

Dear, this is very common but you don't have to suffer through it. Sipping on warm ginger and ajwain tea helps relax the uterine muscles naturally. If the pain is unbearable and stops you from doing daily work, please don't hesitate to consult a gynecologist for proper advice.

My sister gets really bad cramps every month. She usually uses an electric heating pad and drinks hot ginger water, which seems to help her a lot. Maybe you can try that for some quick relief.

I used to have terrible cramps every month. Personally, what worked for me was completely cutting down on cold drinks and oily food a few days before my date, along with using a heating gel patch. It made the flow much more manageable.

I am looking for some gentle ways to manage this as well. Does drinking lukewarm water with honey actually help with the spasms, or is a hot bag the only safe option? I am a bit hesitant to try medicines.

Look, don't suffer silently thinking this is just a woman's lot. Use a good hot water bottle, drink warm water, and avoid spicy food for these few days. If the pain is too severe, go see a doctor instead of taking random pills from the local chemist.
