What is a sleep under?

My friends are talking about having a 'sleep under' for my birthday, but I'm not sure what that means. Is it like a sleepover but less formal? What's the difference?

Hmm, 'sleep under' sounds like a sleepover to me, lol! Or maybe you mean sleeping *under* something like a weighted blanket? If it's a medical term, I haven't heard of it yet.

I'm not familiar with the term 'sleep under' in a health context. Are you perhaps thinking of a sleep study or polysomnography? Those can be quite expensive, so always check if your insurance covers it first. Proper planning is key.

Beta, sometimes terms get mixed up. 'Sleep under' doesn't sound like a medical term to me. Maybe you mean something else? Don't worry too much, just clarify it with your doctor or whoever mentioned it. Most health things have simpler explanations.

I haven't come across 'sleep under' as a medical term. It might be a misunderstanding or a typo. It's best to confirm the exact term to get the right information. Take care.

I'm also not sure what a 'sleep under' refers to. Perhaps you meant a 'sleep study' or 'sleep analysis'? My daughter had one for her restless sleep. They checked her breathing and brain activity. Maybe recheck the term you heard?

Never heard of 'sleep under' in health. If it's about sleep problems, usually I'd suggest some yoga or meditation before bed. But if it's a serious medical term and you're feeling unwell, toh please consult a doctor directly. Don't rely on incomplete info.
