What is a normal liver function?

My friend was just talking about liver health, and it got me thinking. What's considered normal liver function? I want to understand how to keep it healthy.

Haan ji, normal liver function matlab ki enzymes jaise SGPT aur SGOT ki values sahi honi chahiye. Generally, 40-50 ke aas paas theek maana jaata hai. Aur biliruben levels bhi dekhte hain. Agar ye numbers theek hain, toh liver theek kaam kar raha hai na? Doctor se confirm kar lena sabse best hai.

Beta, earlier we didn't worry so much about these numbers, but now it's good to be aware. A healthy liver means your body processes things well. My doctor always said to watch SGPT and SGOT; keep them below 40-50. Don't worry too much, just eat healthy and see a good doctor for guidance if you feel anything wrong.

I always focus on keeping my liver healthy with lots of greens and haldi milk. For the 'normal' numbers, usually SGPT and SGOT levels below 40-50 are considered good. If you're concerned, a blood test will give you your specific numbers, and then a doctor can explain if anything needs attention. Don't self-diagnose!

For liver function, they usually check enzymes like ALT (SGPT) and AST (SGOT), and bilirubin. Generally, ALT and AST should be below 40-50 IU/L. With my high BP, I have to be extra careful with lifestyle, and regular checkups help monitor these things. It’s all connected, you know.

What exactly do they check in a liver function test? Is it just those two enzymes, SGPT and SGOT? My reports sometimes have so many values, and I get confused. Does anyone else get anxious looking at all those numbers and wondering what they mean?
