What is a high fever for a 11 month old?

My 11-month-old is running a temperature tonight. I'm trying to figure out if it's just a normal fever or if I need to rush to the doctor. What is considered a high fever for an 11-month-old?

In my years of raising children, we always considered any temperature over 102°F (38.9°C) to be a high fever for an 11-month-old baby. Don't panic, children are very strong, but do keep them comfortable with a wet cloth on their forehead. It is always wise to consult your regular doctor.

Hey, take a deep breath, everything will be fine. A temperature of 102°F or more is a high fever for an 11-month-old, but it is very common. Just wipe the baby with a damp cloth and call your pediatrician for the correct medicine dosage.

Please don't wait if your 11-month-old's fever is above 102°F. I once ignored my baby's rising temperature thinking it was just teething, and it turned into a severe infection that required hospitalization. Get the baby checked by a pediatrician immediately.

A fever above 102°F is considered high for an 11-month-old infant. Just as I have to keep a strict check on what I eat to manage my blood sugar, you must monitor a baby's temperature closely. Consult your doctor for safe treatment.

An 11-month-old baby having a temperature of 102°F or higher is running a high fever. Keep the room well-ventilated so they don't overheat. Make sure to consult your pediatrician for the correct treatment plan.
