What is a good time to go to sleep?

I've been trying to fix my sleep schedule lately because I feel so tired all the time. I usually stay up quite late. What's actually a good time to go to sleep if I want to wake up feeling refreshed and get enough rest?

My doctor warned me that my irregular sleeping hours were directly raising my blood pressure. Now I strictly try to go to bed by 10:30 PM. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep and checking your BP regularly is the best lifestyle change you can make.

I was suffering from chronic fatigue because I used to sleep at 2 AM daily due to night shifts. I recently managed to shift my routine to 10 PM, and the difference is unbelievable. My energy levels are completely back and my morning headaches have stopped.

Haan yaar, perfect time toh 10 ya 10:30 PM hi hai, par aajkal phone check karte karte 12 baj hi jate hain na. Try targeting at least before 11 PM. Sleep cycle bigad jata hai toh pura din kharab jata hai body ka.

I really struggle to sleep before 1 AM because of my college exams and screen time. Is it okay if I sleep at 1 AM but wake up late around 9 AM? Or does sleeping late still affect our body even if we get eight full hours?

A good time to sleep is around 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, as our body aligns with nature's rhythm. Drinking a warm cup of turmeric milk before bed really helps calm the mind. However, if your sleeplessness is severe or accompanied by chest discomfort, please see a doctor immediately.
