What is a good pillow for neck pain?

Since my new WFH setup, I've been getting terrible neck pain, especially in the mornings. Someone at work suggested it might be my pillow. What kind of pillow should I look for that's good for neck pain?

I spent days worrying about my neck pain and spent a fortune on different cervical pillows. I am always anxious about whether a pillow is too high or too low for my spine. It might be best to ask an orthopedist what is safe for your posture.

I had terrible neck stiffness from staring at my laptop all day. Switching to a medium-firm contour pillow that supports the curve of the neck really helped me wake up pain-free. Also, try to keep your screen at eye level!

In our place, we just fold a cotton bedsheet or thin towel and keep it under the neck while sleeping on a flat bed. It keeps the neck straight and feels very comfortable. Try this simple trick before buying expensive market pillows.

Don't worry too much, neck pain is super common with our current desk jobs. Try using a thin, supportive cervical pillow instead of fluffy ones that bend your neck too much. If the pain persists or spreads to your arm, go see a doctor, okay?

My grandmother advised me to sleep without a pillow, but that actually made my neck pain worse. I eventually consulted a physiotherapist who recommended a contoured memory foam pillow. It is always best to listen to medical advice for joint issues.
