What is a good painkiller for back pain?

My back has been really hurting after long hours at my shop. Sometimes it's hard to even stand straight. What's a good painkiller for back pain that I can get without a prescription?

I have dealt with chronic back pain for years and tried so many painkillers, but they just heat up the stomach. Applying a warm mustard oil massage with garlic cloves and using a heating pad works wonders for me. Give it a try before taking pills.

Most back pain is just due to weak glutes and tight hamstrings from sitting all day. Instead of popping painkillers, start doing light hamstring stretches and planks to build core strength. It made a massive difference for my lower back.

Never rely on long-term painkillers for back pain as they only mask the problem and can affect your kidneys. The real solution is core-strengthening exercises and correcting your sitting posture. Consult a physiotherapist, they will guide you best.

Back pain is very troublesome, haan na, daily chores get so difficult. I usually apply a good pain relief gel and take rest for a day. If it is severe, please see a doctor instead of taking strong medicines on your own.

I totally get it, back pain can absolutely ruin your day and make even sitting at a desk feel like torture. Try a mild gel or warm water bag first. If the pain is shooting down your leg, please visit a doctor immediately as it could be nerve-related.
