What is a good kidney cleanse?

My father always talks about 'cleaning' his kidneys with some home remedies. I'm wondering if there's any particular food or natural method that's genuinely effective as a good kidney cleanse. Something safe, of course.

Honestly buddy, don't stress too much about buying expensive 'kidney detox' kits. Your kidneys are super efficient and clean themselves naturally! Just drink a good amount of water throughout the day and avoid eating too much salty junk.

Please don't fall for these online cleanse drinks. I once ignored mild back pain and swelling in my feet, trying to treat it with herbal 'kidney flushes' until my condition got really worse. Go to a proper doctor and get a simple KFT blood test done first.

When my son had some urine tracking issues, we realized that basic hydration is the most natural cleanse. Giving him homemade barley water or plain water regularly worked wonders. Don't go for fancy store-bought detoxes, keeping things simple and natural is always safest for our kids.

As someone managing diabetes for ten years, I know how critical kidney health is. The best 'cleanse' is keeping your blood sugar strictly under control and avoiding heavy proteins or extra salts. Always check with your diabetologist before trying any herbal teas, as they can sometimes strain the kidneys.

I have dealt with kidney stones in the past, and my urologist clearly told me that no commercial drink can 'cleanse' your kidneys. The only real method is drinking 2-3 liters of water daily, adding a squeeze of fresh lemon, and reducing sodium intake. That keeps the stones away naturally.

Completely agree with others here. Drinking coconut water regularly is a great, natural way to flush out toxins without using any chemical supplements.
