What is a fever range?
My son has been feeling warm, and I'm trying to figure out if it's a fever or just a bit hot outside. What's the general temperature range that indicates a person has a fever? Is there a universal guideline?

Please don't take any temperature range lightly or wait like I did last year, which turned into severe dengue. A mild fever is 99°F to 100.3°F, but if it crosses 101°F or stays for more than two days, go see a doctor immediately. Ignoring it is never worth the risk.
Low grade fever is usually up to 100.4°F and high is above 102°F, beta. I always use a cold compress on the forehead and give warm ginger-tulsi tea when it is mild. But if the thermometer shows high numbers, we must stop home remedies and go to the clinic.
At my age, even walking to the kitchen feels like my temperature has reached 100 degrees! Jokes apart, anything below 100 is just exhaustion, but 101 and above means your body is telling you to shut down and sleep. Listen to your body and don't try to be a hero.
I am learning how to use the digital meter now. If the temperature goes up to 103°F, is that very dangerous for adults? Sorry if this is a basic question, I just want to be sure about when to call the emergency line.
Exactly, the normal body temperature is around 98.6°F, and anything from 100.4°F to 102.2°F is considered a moderate fever. Keep track of the readings every four hours in a notebook to show your doctor.
