What is a fever for 4 month old?

My 4-month-old baby has been a bit fussy and feels warm to touch. I want to know when I should be concerned about a fever. What is considered a fever for a 4-month-old baby?

Bro, my nephew had this last month and we got so tense. Anything above 100.4 F on the digital thermometer is a proper fever for a 4-month-old baby. Honestly, don't wait around or try random tricks, just call your pediatrician immediately.

Hey, take a deep breath, everything will be fine. For a 4-month-old, anything 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or above is considered a fever. Don't worry, but do call your doc right away because babies this small need proper medical advice, okay?

As someone who has to track numbers daily for my sugar, I learned that with babies, numbers are even more critical. A temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher is considered a fever for these little ones. Please consult your pediatrician for the right dosage of paracetamol instead of guessing.

Hello dear, don't panic. For a small baby of 4 months, any reading of 100.4 F or above rectal or underarm is a fever. Keep the baby in light cotton clothes, give feeds regularly so they don't get dehydrated, and definitely show your doctor today.

Keep a simple digital thermometer at home, it's very cheap and accurate. If the baby's temperature crosses 100.4 F, that's a fever. Don't cover them in heavy blankets to sweat it out, just keep the room at a normal temperature and consult your family doctor.

I always get super anxious about health numbers due to my own issues, so I completely understand your worry. Usually, doctors say 100.4 F (38 C) or above is a fever for a 4-month-old. It's always safest to just get them checked by a pediatrician rather than trying to manage it at home.
